Private Sessions

All of our instructors are also available for private sessions designed to work around both your schedule and theirs. Whether you’re brand new and want to learn the basics, would like extra guidance with specific movements, or simply prefer a more personalized experience, a one-on-one session is a great place to start.

Ask your favorite instructor about private availability—they’d be happy to find a time that works and help you feel confident with the movements before jumping into class.
